The short version

Try Witness free for 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Not happy after you pay? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we give it all back.
After that, you can cancel any time. You will not be charged again.

The free trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A card is needed to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel from the Billing page before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.

14-day money-back on your first payment

If Witness is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason. We will also cancel your plan so you are not charged again. This is for your first payment only, once per person or business.

Later payments

After the first payment, monthly payments are not refunded. You can cancel any time from the Billing page. You will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

If we charged you by mistake, like a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, tell us and we will fix it.

Bought through a marketplace

If you bought Witness through another store or marketplace (for example, a lifetime deal), that marketplace's refund terms apply to that purchase, not this page. Ask that marketplace for a refund.

Coaching programs

Coaching program plans are priced on their own. The same rules apply unless your written agreement with us says something different.

AI charges are not ours to refund

Witness uses an AI key that you or your team add. Charges from that AI company (like Anthropic or OpenAI) are between you and them. We cannot refund them.

How to ask for a refund

Email jakob@lolmediallc.com from the email on your Witness account. Tell us it is about a refund. We will answer within a few business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It can take a few more business days for your bank to show it.
